At Every Daze Saturday, we do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to states, counties, or cities where hemp-derived products are prohibited. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [insert support email] with photos so we can resolve the issue.
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery
- In-Store Pickup: Customers may select free pickup at our retail location during business hours. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
- Local Delivery: We offer local delivery in select areas. Availability, delivery radius, and fees will be shown at checkout.
