What is THC-A? Is it legal?

THC-A (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring compound found in raw hemp and cannabis plants. It's non-psychoactive in its raw form and is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill when derived from compliant hemp (containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). All of our THC-A products are third-party tested and Farm Bill compliant.

Do you ship nationwide?

We currently ship to most U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal. However, laws can vary by state, and it’s your responsibility to know whether products like THC-A or CBD are allowed in your area. If your state restricts certain items, we may not be able to fulfill your order.

Are your products lab tested?

Yes! Every product is third-party lab tested for potency, purity, and compliance. We believe in full transparency and provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) so you know exactly what you're getting.

Is there an age restriction to buy?

Yes. You must be 21 or older to browse and purchase products from our site. We use an age verification popup to ensure compliance. By entering our site and placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.

Do your products contain THC?

Our CBD products are made with non-intoxicating hemp-derived cannabinoids. Our THC-A products may contain naturally occurring trace amounts of THC, but they remain compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill (<0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). All potency levels are clearly labeled.
